Affordable Volunteering Abroad

June 24th 2011 marks the first of what will be weekly updates from the IVHQ team. Each week a different member of the team, will write a report of what has been happening at IVHQ, our plans for the future and what our volunteers have to look forward to. Keep checking in for regular updates!

IVHQ is very excited to soon be opening two new volunteer abroad programs in Brazil and Mexico. Daniel Radcliffe, Executive Director is currently in Brazil opening the new program in Rio de Janeiro. The program is due to be online at the IVHQ Volunteer Abroad website by the middle of July. Programs will include Sports Development (football, volleyball and surfing), teaching and a special Carnaval program amongst others! We have also managed to set the program up with very low fees meaning IVHQ will continue to be able to offer great affordable volunteer abroad programs in Brazil!

IVHQ is coming into our busiest time of the year and from May to August 2011, we will place over 3000 volunteers into our volunteer abroad programs around the world. Two of our most popular programs are our volunteer in Kenya and volunteer in Costa Rica programs and these programs will each receive over 500 volunteers each in 2011. What makes our volunteer programs so popular? IVHQ has always offered very affordable volunteer programs that have got great feedback and for that reason we have huge word of mouth advertising! Check out what our past volunteers are saying about us at our volunteer reviews and testimonials page.
