We recommend reaching out at least 3-6 months before your intended departure date, or earlier for large groups (20+) or custom programs. This allows time to secure your preferred destination, coordinate project placements, arrange accommodation, and complete participant enrolments. Group program fees vary by destination, duration, project type, and group size. Individual program fees start from $285 per week, and group pricing is tailored to reflect your specific arrangements. A fully managed group program typically includes:
