I achieved exactly what I was hoping for ,,, to get out of my comfort zone , experience new culture , meet a wide range of people from many different backgrounds ages and countries, and to contribute to worthwhile causes. To anyone who is hesitant ,, don’t be ,,, just do it ,, this was an experience I will never forget and the interaction with the Elephants completely exceeded my expectations. Unforgettable.

This experience positively exceeded my expectations in all respects, and in fact I find myself greatly wishing I was still out there with elephants in Thailand or doing other types of service work in a part of the world that is currently unfamiliar to me, with volunteers from around the globe. For others contemplating volunteering with IVHQ, be brave, take the step. To parents and loved ones of potential IVHQ volunteers, please know IVHQ is an exceptional organization with a laudible mission, with perfection in the details.
