This was my second IVHQ experience and it was just as wonderful as the first. As a 70+ year old participant, I felt safe and worry-free. My fondest memories are the conversations shared with the people at the organization I was assigned to that feeds those in need in Athens. These Greek locals were without exception wonderful human beings. I could have stayed another week if only to develop a better friendship with the people there.
