You must be fully registered for your IVHQ Bali program. Applicants who have not completed registration before April 30 will not be eligible for the prize draw.

The prize is a 12 Day Bali Classic group tour with One Life Adventures, valued at approximately US$1,475.* The tour includes accommodation, selected meals, transport, guided experiences, and 16 included activities across seven locations in Bali.
The winner will be drawn after April 30 and contacted directly using the details provided in the entry form and registration.

Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
This promotion is run by IVHQ in partnership with One Life Adventures. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. IVHQ is responsible for administering the promotion. One Life Adventures is the prize provider.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion opens upon publication of the giveaway landing page and closes at 11:59 PM on April 30. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.
3. How to Enter
To be eligible for the prize draw, participants must complete both of the following before the closing date:
- Submit the official entry form on the giveaway landing page.
- Complete their IVHQ Bali program registration.
Both steps must be completed before 11:59 PM on April 30 to qualify.
Submitting the entry form alone does not constitute a valid entry. Applicants who have not completed their IVHQ Bali registration by the closing date will not be eligible.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. Eligibility
To enter, participants must:
- Be between 18 and 59 years of age at the time of travel
- Be legally able to travel internationally
- Have valid travel insurance at the time of travel
- Be medically and physically able to participate in standard travel and group tour activities
- Meet IVHQ program eligibility requirements
The prize must be redeemed and travel must take place in 2026.
Employees of IVHQ, One Life Adventures, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
5. The Prize
The prize consists of one (1) 12 Day Bali Classic tour operated by One Life Adventures.
Approximate retail value: approximately US$1,475. The stated value is approximate and based on currency exchange rates at the time of conversion. Final value may vary.
The prize includes:
- 11 nights of accommodation
- 11 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 1 dinner
- All transport from Day 1 to Day 12
- 16 included activities across 7 locations
- Services of a One Life Adventures tour guide and local crew
The prize does not include:
- International or domestic flights
- Travel insurance
- Visas
- Personal expenses
- Optional activities
- Any expenses not expressly stated as included
The prize is non transferable, non refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
All tour participation is subject to One Life Adventures’ booking terms and conditions.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The winner will be contacted within two (2) weeks of the promotion closing date using the contact details provided in the entry form and registration.
If the Promoter is unable to confirm the winner within one (1) week of first contact, including failure to respond or provide required confirmation details, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Prize Conditions
The prize is subject to availability and tour scheduling in 2026.
The winner must comply with all requirements set by One Life Adventures, including but not limited to health, safety, and travel documentation requirements.
Failure to meet travel, insurance, health, or documentation requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
8. Data and Privacy
By entering this promotion, participants agree that their details may be used by IVHQ for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting the winner.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with IVHQ’s privacy policy.
9. General
IVHQ reserves the right to:
- Verify the validity of entries.
- Disqualify any participant who provides false or misleading information.
- Modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its control arise.
IVHQ and One Life Adventures accept no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
