My experience with IVHQ and the local team was outstanding from beginning to end. The entire process was exceptionally well organized, from communication (with IVHQ staff “Katelyn” while I was still in the US and helpful local team staff), pickup and registration to volunteer orientation and transportation to my homestay. Every step was handled smoothly and professionally, making the transition into the program stress-free.
The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and efficient. They were knowledgeable about their responsibilities and always ensured that questions were answered or directed to the appropriate person. As a solo traveler, I never felt unsafe or alone; there was always someone available to provide guidance and support whenever needed.
I would like to give a special shout-out to the team for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care helped ease my anxiety and made me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. Their support had a lasting positive impact on my experience.
I am truly grateful for the experience and would not hesitate to volunteer with this team again. I look forward to returning in the future.
