It was such a wonderful way to experience a new country and new culture while staying with a local family and volunteering at a day care center. We still had a lot of time for sightseeing in the afternoon. We needed to go out of our comfort zone from time to time but always felt safe. Amazing experience for us as a family and for our teenage kids!

This experience was about connection with others, the joy of children and deepening my understanding of people with whom we share this planet. This was my first exposure to living in a Muslim culture and staying with a family gave me a unique insight. The people of Morocco are friendly and kind-hearted. This program offers structure and support for those wishing to travel with a volunteer focus and room to expand personal experiences. I had a fabulous time!
