IVHQ Black Friday 2026: US$1,000 Travel Credit Draw for New Volunteers
Open to new IVHQ volunteers who have never previously paid the IVHQ Registration Fee. Applicants must apply from November 13 to November 30, 2026 (inclusive), 12:00 am Pacific Time (PT) and pay the Registration Fee by no later than 12:00am December 31, 2026 Pacific Time (PT). Entry is automatic, with no promotional code required. Limited to one entry per person.
Three winners will each receive US$1,000 in IVHQ travel credit, redeemable against Program Fees, tours, experiences, courses, academic credits or insurance booked through IVHQ. Credit must be used by December 31, 2027, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Participation is subject to the eligibility requirements of the selected program. Cancelled registrations are ineligible, and prizes may be forfeited if a winner subsequently cancels their registration, subject to applicable law.
Winners will be randomly selected on January 15, 2027, and notified by email within seven days. Winners must respond within 14 days or another winner may be selected. Employees of HQ Travel Group, local partners and their immediate families are excluded. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.
IVHQ reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent or ineligible entries and to modify or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, without affecting valid entries.
