IVHQ Staff Visits Continue...

Visiting IVHQ's volunteer program in GuatemalaKatie is back from East Africa and now it’s Jamie-lee’s turn to meet with our local staff and volunteers in Central America! You can catch up with Jamie-lee’s updates from Guatemala and Costa Rica by following @IVHQ on Twitter and Instagram - just look for the photos and tweets signed off with ^JLR #IVHQvisits.

Since Katie's visit to East Africa, the opportunity for pre-medical students to volunteer on our Medical Placement in Tanzania has become available! This is great news for upcoming medical professionals wishing to broaden their outlook on medicine by volunteering in Africa. Plus we've launched a brand new Special Needs project in Kenya, through which volunteers can assist in caring for children and adults with various mental and physical disabilities, as well as providing training for families and raising awareness of disability within the community.
