IVHQ Booster Grant Recipient - New Beginnings

New Beginnings

The first IVHQ Booster Grant for 2014 has been awarded to New Beginnings in Kenya - a Special Needs placement that was established by IVHQ volunteer, Kellie Hall, and enables developmentally disabled adults of the Kibera slum to enter the workforce.

IVHQ Booster Grant Recipient - Tibetan Primary Health Care Centre

Tibetan Primary Health Care Centre

An HbA1c test machine has been granted to the Tibetan Primary Health Care Centre in Bir, which provides health care services to a population of over 7,000 Tibetan settlers.

Living Positive Mlolongo

Living Positive Mlolongo

Thanks to a proposal shared by IVHQer Philippine Geelhand, an IVHQ Booster Grant has been invested in supporting the Women's Economic Empowerment Program run by Living Positive Mlolongo in Kenya. 

IVHQ Aston Vision Booster Grant

Aston Vision Orphanage

An IVHQ Booster Grant has been awarded to Aston Vision Orphanage in Tanzania. The Booster Grant has ensured that a newly built dormitory could be completed with new beds, sheets, pillows, blankets, mosquito nets plus a new bathroom.
